exams, echo cardiogram, electrocardiogram, sonography of his abdominal, neck and pelvic region, as well as an endoscopy. Among the doctors who assisted the President was Dr. Gustavo Rojas, his personal cardiologist.

When he left the medical center, the President was accompanied by Dr. Rojas, who confirmed it was a routine checkup. His doctor´s visit was carried out very discreetly, with little escort at our affiliated Grupo Recue Hospital in Santo Domingo.
