Co-Founder of GRUPO RESCUE and an active member of the Board of Directors, Dr. William Redondo in addition to being the General Manager of the network also maintains a close relationship and direct supervision in the quality and development of the network’s health care services.
For three decades, Dr. William Redondo has kept an active profession as an orthopedic physician with recognized merits for his accomplishments in this area of expertise as well as, maintaining administrative functions in the company. First , as the Director of the International Department for over 20 years expanding relationships with Tour Operators, Health Insurance Companies and International Travel Assistance companies. Later he becomes the Medical Director. For the last four years, he serves as the General Director for Centro Medico Bournigal. His efforts have been recognized at CMB receiving merits for performing high quality care and the largest growth over the last thirty years as the pioneer in medical tourism in the Dominican Republic.
Dr. William Redondo Galan is native from Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic, from a well-known member of a family who has a highly reputable path in medicine. Along with his father, Jose J. Redondo and his brother Dr. Jose N. Redondo undertook the management of Centro Medico Bournigal in 1981 which is currently the private hospital leader in the North Region and part of the GRUPO RESCUE network.
He finalized his studies in general medicine from UCMM in 1982 in Santiago and later concluded his specialized studies in Traumalogy and Orthopedics in Mexico City. Beside his wife, Sandra de Redondo, they have five children.
